Jennifer has led large, multi-disciplinary divisions, overseeing risk management, compliance, contracts, privacy, regulatory, and a variety of other operational programs. She has managed operational budgets and settlements in excess of $500M, supporting large volumes of front line and down stream litigation claims annually. All while implementing trauma-informed, equity-focused frameworks. 

Jennifer is a licensed attorney in Washington and Texas, a Certified Information Privacy Manager, and a Certified Diversity Executive, and she identifies most closely with the “Owl” leadership style—reflective, analytical, and calm—while appreciating the strengths of other styles on her teams. She blends sharp legal insight with a wise, steady operational gaze, turning thorny problems into straight forward strategies. She specializes in estate planning, elder law, business law, and nocturnal protection, and ensuring clients’ affairs are handled with precision, foresight, and a touch of owl-like vigilance. 

When she’s not untangling contracts or guiding entrepreneurs and agencies, Jennifer enjoys gliding through the Pacific Northwest with her spouse (a middle school Art Teacher) and their terrifically terrifying toddler, Violet. She also hoots over home renovation, travel, and book clubs that never run out of coffee and conversation!
